In order for you to schedule an appointment, please enter your credit card information and then you can proceed. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. Your credit card is used as a guarantee to reserve your appointment.

GIFT CARD recipients are required to use a credit card to book an appointment but your gift card will be used at the time of service.

A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling a massage appointment. With cancellations of 24 hours or less, 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged to this credit card as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling to another date/time does not forfeit paying the cancellation fee.  Please call (314)243-9966 if you are not able to make your appointment. If we are not available to take your call, please leave a voicemail. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL FOR CANCELLATIONS, THERAPISTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO OWNER’S EMAIL.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

For Couples Massage appointments, you will need to book two appointments.  One appointment for each individual receiving the massage.  For example, if you would like to have a 60 minute Swedish Couples Massage session, you will need to select “Couple’s 60 Minute Swedish Massage-1st Person & Couple’s 60 Minute Swedish Massage-2nd Person”.

Our Studio offers Vodder Technique lymphatic drainage, which requires the client to lie on their back for 30 minutes and their stomach for 30 minutes. If you are post surgical, please make sure you will be comfortable being in these positions prior to booking a session.  We do not offer Medical Lymphatic Drainage for post op patients.  You would need to contact a Med Spa typically referred by your physician.

For cancellations, please call (314) 243-9966 and leave a message.  We do require a 24 hour cancellation notice per our cancellation policy.  Please do not text or email a cancellation notice.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you are a new client, this will allow you to fill out your New Client Intake form prior to your appointment time.  For your added convenience, download and fill out the Client Intake form to save time on your first visit.

When booking an appointment, it is important that you select your communication preferences such as email, text or both  so you receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

SOMA operates by appointment only. Though we can sometimes arrange for same and next-day appointments, it is best to schedule at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:

• A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. With cancellations of 24 hours or less, 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee applies for same day appointments as well as advance booking appointments.

• If you do not show up, do not call, or call within the time of your scheduled appointment to cancel your appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
